I started seeing Mimi back in April as I needed help with my anxiety and panic attacks, which have been holding me back.
In that time Mimi worked on my ‘root cause’ for my anxiety and gave me strategies to deal with it and everyday life.
I have now finished my coaching journey and I have come out the other side and now I feel like I have control not the anxiety having control over me. I have not had any panic attacks and I am feeling more confident and positive.
It was one of the best decisions I have ever made to see Mimi and have her coach me. Not only has it helped me so much, I really enjoyed every session with her.
